• A Non refundable 20% or $50 deposit is now required upon booking an appointment for any service over $300 or for the following services:
• 1) Keratin Hair Treatment
• 2) Balayage
• 3) Microblading
• 4) MK Botox Hair Treatment
• Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 48 hrs. notice. Missed appointments cancelled without notice may incur a fee.
• While we do our best to ensure your comfort and care during your service, we kindly ask for you attention to the following: 

If you are wearing your favourite or expensive clothing and prefer not to risk any potential damage of color or bleach, please request a robe. We try our best to be careful with our application but unpredictable things happen and we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your clothing or personal belongings.
